Reports said that Audi has terminated its Roadjet production initiative. The automaker found that the image of the planned model, which was expected to be a luxury hatchback more powerful than Audi A4, will not be in line with its sports car development direction, the reports explained. However, industry insiders indicated that the Audi Cross Coupe Quattro concept car demonstrated recently at the Auto Shanghai 2007 was in fact an outcome of the development of the failed Roadjet.
