Shenzhen Topway Video Communication Co., Ltd and China Union Pay (CUP) Shenzhen branch announced yesterday to launch the first-of-its-kind TV payment service in China. The cooperation between Shenzhen Topway Video Communication and CUP results in an interactive service platform for payment via TV. At present, ten banks provide the service.
