The State Tobacco Monopoly Administration (STMA) Deputy Administrator Zhang Hui inspected the Shanghai tobacco industry on 16-17 October. Zhang Hui spoke highly of the Shanghai Tobacco Monopoly Administration concerning its monopoly management work and required the Shanghai arm to focus on internal regulation, strengthen anti-smuggling and anti-fake efforts and build a self-disciplinary monopoly group.
