After the Wenchuan earthquake on 12 May, Jiang Chengkang, Chief Administrator of the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration, expressed sympathy and solicitude for the staff of the Sichuan Tobacco Monopoly Bureau and their families hit by the disaster, and delivered important directives on the earthquake relief work to the Sichuan Bureau.
