Six important breakthroughs in new Labour Contact Law

According to legal experts, China’s Labour Contract Law has made important breakthroughs in 6 aspects, including expanding the applicable range, imposing more obligations on enterprises to sign labor contracts, improving protections for laborers, strengthening protections for employing units’ rights and interests, setting up an integrated labor relationship system and underlining democrat management of labor relationship.
