Contract samples including vacation with pay during menstrual period clause issued in Nanjing

Nanjing Municipal Federation of Trade Union recently announced eight samples of collective contracts for female workers in public institutions in the city, at least one of which include the clause involving a one-day vacation with pay during menstrual period. With the spread of the samples, more female workers in the city will have the right to take vacation with pay during menstrual period. Female workers’ interests and rights are better protected with the issuance of the samples.
