Hafei Saibao electric car passes important crash test

The high-speed  Hafei Saibao electric car, which was jointly developed by Tianjin Qingyuan Electric Vehicle Company and Hafei Automobile Group, successfully passed the IIHS crash test. This is the first time that Chinese self-owned brand car successfully finished this test, and also the first pure electric vehicle which mounted lithium ion traction batteries successfully finished the test. The test speed reached 64.5 km/h, which outclass the test speed of C-NCAP.
