The long-awaited regulation of labor relationship of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone will be submitted to the Standing Committee of the People’s Congress of Shenzhen for review again in September. In addition to overtime payment, the regulation also includes articles concerning collective bargaining and workers’ holidays.
