Growth of house prices slows down in December in Guiyang, Guizhou province

House prices increased 3.9% from a year earlier in Guiyang, Guizhou province in December, 2008, 0.3 percentage points lower than November’s year-on-year increase. The city’s real estate market delivered an accumulated year-over-year increase of 6.6% in 2008. House prices in the city are expected to continue their growth trend for some time, but the growth is expected to slow down.
